As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Leah offers  one-on-one coaching sessions that all include emphasis on stress management, gut health, digestive support, and natural women’s health using whole foods, herbal remedies, and supportive lifestyle practices.

You will learn how to maintain realistic healthy habits, transform your relationship with food and exercise, manage stress & anxiety holistically & effectively, and cultivate a balanced, fulfilled life in mind, body & spirit.

Together, you and Leah will identify any imbalances in your life that are hindering you from reaching your goals and develop a personalized plan to get you exactly where you want to be. 

Sessions are offered via Zoom, Facebook video chat, over the phone, or in person.  

 

 

SINGLE SESSIONS

A private 90 minute consultation where we dive deep into your health concerns, lifestyle + dietary habits, stress levels, emotional well being, and your wellness goals. You'll receive a customized PDF guide filled with dietary, herbal + supplement recommendations, supportive lifestyle practices, and practical tools to find balance in your body, reconnect with yourself, and manage stress effectively. exchange: $200 USD

12 Week Program

This program gives you everything you need to start implementing a more balanced approach to your life and start experiencing changes. You'll learn the WHY and the HOW. How to shift your mindset, gain a healthy relationship with food, overcome social situations, enjoy physical movement, integrate your new lifestyle into your current environment, love yourself again, tap into your emotional side, learn the ways of a peaceful life and make all of these changes a grounded part of your life. I will guide you on your holistic health journey from start to finish with a major emphasis on stress management the entire time.

* 1 x 1-hour initial intake virtual session to discuss your health history, goals, struggles, and potential factors contributing to your problem
