Your mind and body want to heal,
you just have to let them.

I’m Leah Jones,

Holistic Nutritionist + Health Coach

I help women gain control over their health through nutrition, movement, and intentional daily rituals.

It is my mission to help you feel empowered when it comes to your health. I’ve seen many of my friends and family fall into the vicious cycle of diet trends and extreme exercise, blindly supplementing in an attempt to remedy things like trouble sleeping, fatigue, headaches, brain fog, and more. The truth is, this lifestyle is not sustainable, or enjoyable. I focus on helping you find your unique balance when it comes to wellness. We work together to find the root causes of your health concerns and make small changes in order to achieve your goals. Along the way my clients goals tend to change and grow with them. By the time we are finished working together they feel confident & have a good relationship with food,  manage stress holistically and effectively, have a new found love for themselves and their loved ones, and have a beautiful balance when it comes to fitness and listening to their bodies. Most of all, my clients finally feel connected with themselves in a way they never thought possible, just by learning how to be mindful and aware of their bodies true needs.

I focus on digestive health, hormone balancing, and stress management by using whole foods, herbal remedies and allies, supportive lifestyle practices, and joyful movement with fitness.

I help you gain clarity on how to make the right choices for your body and mind; developing lifelong wholesome  actions and intentions. I do this by encompassing your program to include you as a whole-physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I understand there are outside factors that play a major role- and I am here to help you deal with anything life throws at you, with ease.
